Where are your pick up locations?

We currently offer free pick up your order in Markham, Ontario. You will be notified of our pick up address via email once your order is confirmed.

How much do you charge for hand delivery?

GTA Delivery $25

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to:

Can I schedule a delivery day/time?

Orders will arrive between 1:00PM-8:00PM. Please ensure someone is home OR provide us with a safe area to drop off. Deliveries can be scheduled, please specify a specific time /date on your order form.

Orders over $150+ USA FREE 5-9 business days

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 5-9 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian Holidays. Please note, shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19. We apologize in advance for any potential delays.

 
 

How is my package shipped?

Every order is nicely wrapped with bubble wrap to prevent any damage during the transit to your address shipped with Canada Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 
Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 
 
Jadore Rosebear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Still can’t find it? Please email us at support@jadorerosebear.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Duties and taxes?

1. Canada
Duties and taxes applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
 
2. United States
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
 
3. International shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Jadore Rosebear does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Damages?

Jadorerosebear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our shipping location is in Ontario, Canada!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major local carriers, and USPS for United States orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to COVID-19, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Should you have any questions or have a concern about a product you’ve purchased, please consult our team at support@jadorerosebear.com

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
